1901 NW Carden,
Pendleton, OR
The Pendleton Family Aquatic Center is one of the most affordable pit stops I’ve seen in a long time! If your family destination for summer takes you along I-84 near Pendleton, OR, you’ll want to stop! The park features gigantic water slides, over 200′ of open and closed tubes, three pools, family picnic facilities, and children’s water features, offering visitors a big bang for their (few) bucks of admission.
Reviewer Becky says: “Pendleton Aquatic
Center is so close to I-84, it could almost be a rest area. Incredibly cheap, fantastic, and an athletic place to burn off some energy. Of course, you may have a hard time prying them away!”
A few details you’ll want before unloading the car and applying the sunscreen: Float toys are allowed but not water wings, and children under 9 must be supervised. There is a 48″ height requirement for big slides.
Money-saving Tip! If you think you might by stopping by again, it could be worth your while to purchase a discount punch card for $25 ($30 value). The card can be used by anyone in the family for pool entry only. This represents approximately 10 youth visits or 7 adult visits to the pool.
Date last visited: Ongoing visits.
Distance off the interstate: One minute!
Hours: From Memorial Day to Labor Day: 12 noon-8 pm
Admission Prices:
Ages 2 and under: FREE (with paying adult)
Ages 3 to 17: $ 3.00
Ages 18 and over: $ 4.00
(These prices are for residents AND non-residents.)
