Planet Explorers New York City: A Travel Guide for Kids
We reviewed the Planet Explorers New York City ebook (a great value) after visiting the Big Apple, and felt author Laura Schaefer did a great job of packing it with relevant information. I especially like how the content is geared toward grade school kids, allowing them to have part in the planning of a city trip! Be sure to check out all the other titles in the Planet Explorers series!
The Unauthorized Legoland Guidebook
We’ve been to Legoland many times, yet I still learned invaluable tips from Bridget Smith’s book! For instance, did you know there are ways to visit Legoland for FREE? Or that ticket prices are regularly reduced if you know where to look? I loved Smith’s practical advice and well-organized content. A definite must for Legoland visitors!
Northwest Kid Trips: Portland, Seattle, Victoria, Vancouver
As Pacific Northwest natives, we love to see our beautiful region of the country so well represented! I’ve used Northwest Kid Trips myself, discovering things I never knew about the area in which I live, and author Lora Shinn makes it an even more delightful ride with her humor and fun sense of adventure. Be sure to check out her pre-planned itineraries!
Explorer’s Guide Northern California
Author Michele Bigley definitely knows her stuff: in order to be qualified to write this guidebook (and others), she toured every region represented herself (with her baby in tow). I love how she pairs vivid description with practical advice. We’ve also utilized Bigley’s guidebook on Kauai, so be sure to check out her other titles!
